How to style white lehenga!
How’s Monday treating y’all after a good long weekend? 😀 I know few of you must not be still over with the Diwali fever ( I am clearly not) and the wedding season is already here to keep the festive spark alive ! Wedding makes me and of course everyone feel happy & the best part about weddings is get-together, gossips, dance, food and dressing up (which I love the most).
So, as you all know that I am a huge sucker for white color as it makes any outfit classy and still keeps it
incredibly subtle. Whenever we think of wearing an Indian oufit such as- Anarkali, Lehnega, Saree etc, we always end up thinking of a bright color and then getting it in our closet also, because we think light colors are boring and they don’t stand out as much as colors like Pink, red, orange would do. But, this time, ditch these cliché ideas behind and give your outfit a new treat like I did!
Talking about the look, I got this skirt from Simran Chhabra’s collection, I had seen this gorgeous piece couple of months back and it was on my mind since then, I was just not getting the perfect time to wear it. The combination of off-white with golden touch( that too with
earrings studded all over it) is something that I really adore about this skirt, It was so heavy to carry that
I literally had take help of my team members to move this skirt up and down while shooting 😀 Anyway, I loved how it turned out and that too with a basic white shirt that I chose to wear because this trend has come up straight away from our
This is one of my best shoots I’ve ever done, as everything about it was done with so much of
conceptualization and creativity in terms of my makeup, hair, jewellery, posture, shoot location, theme
of the shoot etc etc. I was so confused about which jewellery to pair it with, and I finally found the perfect piece in my mom’s closet 😛 Though,it wasn’t a neckpiece(Yes guys, it was her bracelet) which I wore as a choker necklace and yes I was good to go!
Wedding is all about having fun with clothes, playing around with fabrics and adding a pop of creativity to
your outfit that gives it the edge it needs and makes it bolder and more vibrant, just like every festival that
we celebrate. I had crazy fun putting together this look and crazier fun at the shoot.
Enjoy the pictures and tell me how you found my look :*
