Vogue Wedding Show 2015
Vogue Wedding Show is a 3-day luxurious wedding exhibition showcasing the latest and most exclusive services and over 45 coveted brands in the bridal world. It was held from August 7-9 2015, at the Taj Palace, New Delhi.
India’s leading bridal couture designers like Anita Dongre, Anju Modi, JADE, Manish Malhotra, Monisha Jaising, Sabyasachi, Shantanu & Nikhil, Tarun Tahiliani, Varun Bahl and Vineet Bahl were present under one roof to give their expert advice to brides and grooms. It was a delight to meet them in person & talk about this season’s biggest wedding trends. For the first time, acclaimed Pakistani designer Sania Maskatiya also showcased at the Vogue Wedding Show. The collection of each one of them were breathtakingly beautiful & I can’t point out and say which one was the best.
Guests attended masterclasses and got a chance to interact with industry experts. A workshop on styling by Vogue India Fashion Director- Anaita Shroff Adajania where she shared style tips and tricks for brides and groom s as well as things to buy and what to steer clear of. Renowned wedding planner Vandana Mohan shared some invaluable insights on how to plan your dream wedding. Skin-care specialist Dr. Harshna Bijlani, Make-up specialist Namrata Soni, Celebrity hairstylist Savio John Pereira, Celebrity nutritionist Kinita Kadakia Patel were present to give their expert advice to “to-be brides”.
Some of the finest Jewellers of India showcased some spectacular wedding jewellery, with brands like Amrapali Jewels, Anmol Jewellers, Bharany’s, Birdhichand Ghanshyamdas, BN Jewels, DIACOLOR Fine Contemporary Jewels, Hazoorilal Legacy, Hazoorilal By Sandeep Narang, Khanna Jewellers, Kishan Das & Co. for Sabyasachi, Mehta & Sons, Raj Mahtani, Rose, Sunita Shekhawat, Tibarumals Jewellers among many others.
