Who let the prints out? | SATYAPAUL
Today’s post is very special because of two reasons, first being, I am going to wear something indian (in a not so indian way though) on the blog. And the second, its SATYAPAUL (nnuf said??). I’m really excited to know what you guys think about this post!
So. this Satyapaul store is located right in the center of Delhi: Connaught Place & also has a Bwitch store on its first floor (stay tuned for the next post).
I’ve always been a big fan of this brand, mainly because of all those pretty colors(apologies to all those who are not that much into colors, for the colorful bombardment, haha!)
Before entering this fabulous store, I had 2 misconceptions about the brand (which I’m sure most of us will relate to)
a) It only has sarees b) Sarees which are too expensive
Clearing out the second doubt first, they have a special “Satya Collection” starting at just INR 3000/- which is available only at a few stores including this one (plus one to the store!)
As soon as I entered the showroom, I was just delighted to see the presentation and too much of prettiness at every corner of the place. Each section of the store was very well curated by their super friendly & hospitable staff. The owners were themselves very helpful and let me try as many pieces as I wanted to (YAY!).
Apart from sarees, this premium designer brand has something to offer to each one of us!
For men it has: pocket squares, cuff links, ties & tie pins and bow ties.
It has accessories like scarves, clutches, bags & wallets.
In addition to suits & kurtis, it also stocks fabrics, suit pieces, dresses, tunics, shirts & capes (reason enough to go shopping?).
I tried on most of the pieces from their latest collection “A Tropical Wonder” by Gauri Khan. The collection is everything, I like every single detail of every single piece from this collection! The colors are soothing and just apt for the season! You wear them to your Farewell (since its that time of the year), to a sunday brunch (the western wear), to all those indian functions (we have a lot of them, don’t we?), or just for a day out with friends!
So, brace yourself as I am going to show you 5 of my most favorite looks!
